I was an active member of debates and quiz competitions in school level. I encourage my students for different extracurricular activities. I interact with students a lot and try to know their areas of interest. I encourage them towards outreach activities at reputed places like IIT,NIT,CMERI etc. In my previous institute i have guided them towards two copyrights on smart energy meter and smart helmets (not yet commercialised) planning to do so.I would like to guide students towards IPR-patents etc. I have worked for six years in design development and commissioning in control automation sector(1994-2000) I have worked with academia since 2000 (NSEC,BCET,BCREC) till now .I would like to guide students for startups.. I have applied for PHD in MAKAUT
