Purpose The R&D Cell at Dr. B.C. Roy Academy of Professional Courses, Durgapur endeavors to maintain sound research principles among its faculty and students from different disciplines. It seeks to facilitate meaningful collaborations with industries, educational institutions, and research organizations to promote research activities. The R&D Cell seeks out various funding sources and helps faculty in developing and submitting funding proposals so as to obtain institutional as well as extramural grants. The R&D Cell undertakes progressive supervision of research projects in order to check the validation of research claims and to adjudicate disputes of the research findings. The Cell organizes seminars, webinars and expert lectures to report and disseminate knowledge and research results. Further, the Cell ensures that all operational ethical guidelines and standards of conduct are complied with in the research projects in order to safeguard the quality and credibility of research procedures.
